Snowflakes and Sweaters Winter Learning Challenge

The Auburn Public Library invites everyone to join the 2023-2024 Snowflakes and Sweaters Winter Learning Challenge!

The challenge? Read or listen for 1,000 minutes!

The Challenge begins December 1 and ends January 31.

No matter your age, everyone is eligible to participate. You do not need a library card to participate. Participants who complete the challenge in Beanstack will receive their choice of a t-shirt or hoodie (while supplies last).

Participating is simple:

• Register at auburnpl.beanstack.org or download the Beanstack Tracker app to any smartphone or tablet.
• Read or listen for at least 1,000 minutes during the challenge.
• Log your reading via Beanstack to complete the challenge.

1,000 Books Before Kindergarten

The concept is simple, the rewards are priceless! Read a book (any book) to your newborn, infant, toddler and/or preschooler. The goal is to have read 1,000 books (yes you can repeat books!) before your child starts kindergarten. Attending a library storytime counts as books read, and attendance can be logged for an activity badge! Use the Beanstack Tracker app to track your reading, and look out for your completion prize from the Auburn Public Library!

• Read 1,000 books before your child starts kindergarten & earn prizes along the way.
• Log your reading via Beanstack to complete the challenge.
