Tennis Facilities

The City of Auburn Parks and Recreation Department maintains two tennis facilities, the Samford Avenue Tennis Center and the City of Auburn/Auburn University Yarbrough Tennis Center.

Samford Avenue Tennis Center

The Samford Avenue Tennis Center is located at 901 East Samford Avenue. The facility features 4 hard courts available free to the public on a first come, first serve basis. New pickleball lines are now in place on the courts at Samford. Pickleball and tennis can now be enjoyed on our newly renovated Samford tennis courts. The Samford courts are also home to the Auburn High School tennis teams. AHS has their tennis practices and home matches on the Samford tennis courts.

City of Auburn/Auburn University Yarbrough Tennis Center

The City of Auburn/Auburn University Yarbrough Tennis Center is a joint tennis facility maintained by the City of Auburn and Auburn University and is the home of the Auburn Tennis Teams. The facility features 16 clay courts (including a stadium court), 12 outdoor hard courts, and 6 indoor courts. Tennis clinics, private lessons, and events are hosted at Yarbrough Tennis Center.
